Meet The Chef

Chef Chad Sarno was the co-founder of Wicked Healthy and served as the VP of Culinary at Good Catch Foods, where he focused on creating “seafood without sacrifice” with a 100% plant-based seafood line. He previously held the role of VP of Plant-Based Education and Culinary Wellness at Rouxbe, the world’s largest online cooking school. He also worked with Whole Foods Markets as the Global Healthy Eating Coordinator, where he played a key role in promoting plant-based eating.

With an extensive culinary background, Chad served as the Executive Chef of SAF Restaurants, which introduced vegan cuisine to Istanbul, Munich, and London. As an author, he co-wrote The Wicked Healthy Cookbook, The Whole Foods Cookbook, and the New York Times bestselling Crazy Sexy Kitchen with Kris Carr.
