- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped sage
- 1 cup Honestly Tasty Sham Cheese
- 1 tbsp Honestly Tasty Garlic Cheese
- Nutmeg to taste
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of mustard powder
For Mushroom Bacon:
- Flat oyster mushrooms
- Soy sauce
- Liquid smoke
- Smoked paprika
- Maple syrup
Other:
- Pre-made vegan gnocchi
- Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
Cheese Sauce Creation:
- In a saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat.
