Meet Miyoko
Miyoko Schinner is an award-winning chef, entrepreneur, and author, best known for founding Miyoko’s Creamery, a leader in plant-based dairy. She has published six cookbooks, including The Homemade Vegan Pantry and Artisan Vegan Cheese, which ignited the vegan cheese movement. Miyoko also founded Rancho Compasión, a farm animal sanctuary, and has been featured in outlets like Forbes, The New York Times, and Bloomberg. She co-hosted the PBS show Vegan Mashup, and was recently featured in the Netflix series You Are What You Eat. Her new book, The Homemade Vegan Creamery, is available for pre-order here.
